We know that the Labs family lived for many years at Heyde.
The parish church for that village was this one at Arnhausen / Lipie,
so they would have attended here at least in the years 1854-1895.
Carl Friedrich Wilhelm Labs, father of great-grandfather Fritz Labs,
is probably buried here. Fritz and Auguste Labs may have
been married in this church
