Photocopies of the original photos were submitted by Elaine Hatland of northwest Iowa. She thinks they are of the Meyers and Peters family. Her grandparents had them, but she suspects they had belonged to her great-grandmother Dorothea Peters Probst.

The following were from the collection of Selma Mueller Hinrichs, grand-daughter of Elisabeth Wolle Rieckmann. This family lived in Nebraska, but the photos are probably from Illinois.
