RECENT DEATHS

GRAF - Funeral services for Mrs. Emilie Graf, 82, were to be held Thursday afternoon in the family home at Lahoma. A second service was to be held at the Lahoma Lutheran Church, with Rev. Krefft officiating.

Mrs. Graf died Sunday at her home south of Lahoma. She is survived by four daughters, Hulda and Josephine Graf; Mrs. Matilda Johnson, Lahoma; Mrs. Vera Rathjen, Big Cabin; and three sons, William, Frank and Martin Graf.

Obituary
Mrs. Emilie Graf, formerly Emilie Oertwig, was born November 10, 1856, at Mayville, Wisc., and died on New Year's Day at her home one and one-half miles south of Lahoma at the age of 82 years.

Reared at Mayville where she was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran church, she remained a faithful member until her death. In 1877 she was married to Mr. William Graf of Burnett, Wisc. In 1902 they and their children came to Lahoma, and located on the farm where she lived until her death. Her husband preceded her in death in 1905; also a son Robert C. Graf died in 1921. Mrs. Graf was a devoted Christian and during her long stay at Lahoma, a faithful member of the Lutheran church.

Surviving are four daughters, Miss Hulda and Josephine Graf of the home, Mrs. Mathilde Johnson of Lahoma, and Mrs. Vera Rathjen of Big Cabin; three sons, William Graf of the home, Frank and Martin Graf of Lahoma; 9 grandchildren of whom Victor Graf is at present in the Island of Java, also three great-grandchildren.

Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Ramming of Jay and Mrs. Vera Rathjen of Big Cabin who were called to Lahoma by the death of Mrs. Graf, returned to their home Sunday.
