Wm. C. Mueller, Farmer of Near Riverdale, Dies

William C. Mueller, 73, prominent farmer who had lived on the same farm six miles north of Riverdale for 52 years, died at his home at 8 o'clock Monday night June 21, 1943. He had worked until June 5. A native of Germany, he came to the United States alone at the age of 17.

Surviving are his wife, six daughters, Mrs. John Lammers and Mrs. Ralph Lammers of Pleasanton, Mrs. R. M. Lammers of Nortonville, Kas., Hulda and Marie Mueller of Kearney, Selma Mueller of the home; a son William C. Mueller, jr. of Amherst, and 13 grandchildren.

Funeral rites will be conducted Thursday at 2 p.m. at the home and at 2:30 p.m. at the Peake church, one and a half miles north of his home. Burial will be in the cemetery near his home.
